Ya I was in same boat I had a heart attack and this is the best thing I did in my whole life! I weight 265 I weigh 175 as of today I'm 5 10 so I think 15 20 more pounds!

I just weighed in 175 15 more to go it goes so fast! I love it!

Wow it's been 6 months and I've lost 90 pounds. Have 20 more and it seems like yesterday that I thought stuff like god I hope I lose weight or I hope I don't gain the weight back or I hope I don't over eat or I hope someday I can have a green salad or when can I have a shot of vodka? The best thing everyday is a new day and you learn what you can have and what you can't! It's so easy I go out to dinner and share or just order a piece of chicken. I'm not killing my self at the gym if I worked alittle harder I'd pro ally lose more faster but to lose you Have To drink 64 oz water you Have To eat protein first and you Have to take vitiams and secret I keep my multi and b12 by my bed and when I get up to pee I take one and a few hours later another one. For those having or waiting you wake up and wow 90 pounds are GONE! byby

Wow I'm backing you up! How vain are u? Be fat with good hair or be thin with good hair? Can't believe you wouldn't have a sugery because of hair loss. I've had two heart attacks and lost hair each time! I've lost 90 pounds and my hair is soft thick and badass red! I would have this surgery over and over and over! I know your venting u just sound alittle vain!

So I get up and go pee a few times a night so brought up multi and b12 first time I get up I take one on way to bathroom less thinking turning the day! I LOVE it! Swig of water! It's all good.
