Horrible Pain in mouth and throat

I was the same way. It took about a week to start to feel better then I caught strep throat! On the bright side, I had no trouble sipping constantly. I had too. It is horrible but it does get better in a week or so. Try gargling warm salt water. -
2 weeks no weight loss. GAINED.

He told me it wasn't a pass or fail. Just seeing where I was and recommendations on treatment. I too, was on antidepressants. Recommended staying on them and attending bariatric support meeting. Ask alot of questions from chilhood, any traumas etc. Reasons for your overeating, overweight. Keep answers simple & it's over! Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

Monday Dec 12-lapband to rny. #260. Home Wednesday 14th. It's Sunday 18th & I'm still taking it easy. Thinking the repairs that had to be done caused the most pain. I'm not good at being slowed down. I've dose in half but pain meds still knock me out. But everyday is better. I'm up & around, just not out of the house yet. But it's ice & cold here so I'm enjoying christmas movies. I'm from IN. Dr thought I was safe to do in one surgery. But he had to remove 25% of my stomach, repair his talent hernia & remove adhesions. This is definitely a harder recovery. But I'm getting better everyday. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

I had my revision on Monday 12-12-16. So I am home recovering now. I had lap band placed in 3-2011. Complications lead me here. I believe it's a rou b her recovery than before. Trying to get in my h20 & meds. Anyone in the same situation? Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

Hi everyone. I just had my surgery on mon, this is thur. So I'm still in recovery mode. Sore & slow. I'm 52 & seems I don't snap back as well as I did 14 yrs ago with my last surgery. But, I'm improving more each day. Just here for info & see how others have coped with all the changes.
