  1. Burned 400 calories last night at the gym- it was one of my bad workouts- I totally threw up at the gym. Embarrassing!

  2. I've somehow misplaced my ipod, it was in the bed w/ me now I don't know where it is- can't go to the gym w/o my ipod!!!

  3. If you have an ipad or iphone- the Nike Fitness Club is so amazing! The more workouts you do, you unlock celebrity personal trainer workouts!

  4. So, I think I've discovered that I may be lactose intolerant now. I had 2 cups of milk and I've been sick all day. My tummy is not happy with me...

  5. I must say- today was a good day. I got an iphone 4s, made a 100 on a statistics quiz and had dinner with my family :)

  6. About to go to the gym before my dermatologist appt- I hope that he can help me get rid of this post sleeve acne lol!

  8. Well, I signed my contract to graduate in December :) I'm so ready! I feel like superwoman. My sleeve gave me that boost I needed to get things done to step it up. So happy I chose this path for my life!

  9. Just came the gym- I'm tired. I have a speech in the AM, wish me luck!

  10. Just did Taebo Amped- OMG, torture!!! You are suppose to burn anywhere from 500 to 900 calories doing it so I think I got in a pretty good workout.

  11. This has to be the funniest thing anyone has said to me regarding my weight : "weight is fawlin off u like buttah on a hot brisket guh!"- My boyfriend's younger brother.

  14. I found that I can't keep anything down today- weird smells are making me violently nauseous. My boyfriend's cologne is just the worst right now... What is going on????

  17. Slowly but surely the pounds are coming off. I averaged about a 6lb loss this month..... I need to get back in the gym!!!

  18. Feeling very down today- I finally never feel hungry, yet today I really didn't want to eat or drink anything :(

  20. I am really upset. I gained 5 lbs in 2 days- I had hit 60lbs down and then gained 5, wth! My boyfriend thinks its muscle because I increased my workouts but I just don't know.. I'm so upset!

  21. I ran on the treadmill for the first time today ever- I usually just run on the track because I'm clumsy but OMG! It was wonderful- I feel like I can do anything!!!!

  22. My weekend was full of workouts!!!! AH!!! I LOVE IT!

  23. I had 1/2 of a 6 in. from Subway and it was delicious! I'm going to the gym in about an hr. My speech went great! That's my update for today :)
