Hey Ms Lady! Theres no way around it, you just gotta DO IT. Do 5 days super low carbs. Make the first three days pretty much all protein and veggies... nothing else. Its going to be tough, so pray through the cravings if you have to. Also, you have to get your workouts in too.. even if it means waking up 30 minutes earlier. ;o)
