I've lost 31.73% of my highest body weight! Today I weighed in at 213 which is 1lb away from the 100lbs lost mark! AHHHH!!!

Workout is finished- I washed my hair and now I'm sitting under the dryer kinda sad b/c I know I will have to wash my hair again soon lol.

Today I had my sonogram to find out what was causing my cycle issues- I have ovarian cysts. I've been so sad all day. Tomorrow I should know what my doctor plans to do

Thanks! I was 23 when I had surgery and I look back and I think, wow I looked 33 maybe older. Good luck on your journey! I think you will do great! -
Saw my surgeon today for my one year post op appointment- he only expects me to lose 20 more lbs over the next year. Shocking, but do-able. I personally want to lose about 40 more pounds.

Did a 3mile walk with my boyfriend today and it was effortless. I was so busy that I missed my surgiversary on the 4th!

Had blood drawn today to see if my thyroids are out of wack. I've had a period every 14 days for the last month and a half. Not feeling too well.

This guy tripped and fell staring at me the other day lol. He got up and said to me, "you are soooo beautiful"! I told him thank you, and he just kept following me around the store (a little weird lol)- I had to turn him down, I'm going on 8 years with my BF but it was still very cute. It's funny how these things happen when you start losing weight- I haven't dealt with such things since high school lol. P.S. I attached a new pic :smile1: All smiles! Loving the new me :smile1:
