Hey guys! I worked out 4 times this week at the gym averaging at least and hr and ten minutes a day. I switched it up a lot yesterday (row machine, eliptical, treadmill, bike, weights, track)...other days this week not so much due to nausea, but I think overall I had really good workout week. Next week I intend on kicking it up a notch. I'm gonna push for Monday through Friday and I'm going to drink more protein shakes, I hate protein shakes lol. I was suppose to e on clears this week for my nausea but they said now I can have anything that isn't solid.... which in my brain is protein shakes. I would love suggestions on nonsolid food items lol.
