I'm a little worried.... I only lost 6lbs last month and this month I've lost .2lbs which is not good, I hope that my weight loss isn't stalling for good!!!

I put on a size 16 today!!! They were skinny jeans so they were tight but the fact that I could fit them made me very happy

Well, I signed my contract to graduate in December
I'm so ready! I feel like superwoman. My sleeve gave me that boost I needed to get things done to step it up. So happy I chose this path for my life! -
I'm loving what I see in the mirror- I haven't lost any weight this week but, I am very proud of myself. I know my body is changing even if the scale says differently! I hope you all have a wonderful day

Congrats!!!! I think I am starting to feel a similar frustration! I stall like every 2 weeks. It's so annoying! 10lbs in a week is awesome!!!!! WTG!!!! -
Irritated. I haven't lost a pound since I hit 248.6lbs on July 3rd!!! I really hope that next week I can change things up. Wish me luck.

I think it's just your nerves! It's normal to be a bit nervous and scared (I know I was!) But think positively about the outcome, the big change that you are making for your life. You are 20, and so think that the rest of your 20's you will spend healthier, in good shape, etc. I'm 23 and I feel like once I hit my goal my 20's and the rest of my life is gonna be fabulous I hope this helps some. -
I don't feel like going to the gym because it's so hot outside! LIKE OMG! HOT!!! So I told myself that I would keep busy around the house all day. So far, I've cleaned out my fridge, the oven, the microwave, taken out all the trash... you get the drift lol
