I have federal BCBS and I also had surgery with Dr. Nick. The requirement was to have 3 months of supervised diet program and the insurance coordinator sent in my info showing that I was on adipex for 4 months last year and all my medical records from the last 3 years or so and I was approved within 2 weeks. I had my psych eval and saw the NUT within that time frame and I never really had a 3 month supervised diet and I was still approved. I started all this February 28, I was approved by March 14th and I had surgery on April 4th. Hope this helps. -
Busy day ahead- another speech to write, oil change at BMW, survey questions, gym, redbox movie night with the boyfriend.... NOT ENOUGH HOURS IN A DAY!!!!

Oh Yeah! I finally bought a new bra- I went from a 48 I to a 40 DDD in 16 weeks! I love my new bra, it's so much smaller than my other ones lol

I can't wait to be in the 220's lol.... I would love to be at 200 or below by Christmas!

So, I really have a sinus infection. I was told to get zyrtec and the tylenol pm helped me sleep through the night. I feel better but I'm very stopped up.

I'm not sure what to take. This is my first sinus infection since surgery. My seems more like allergies but I'm not sure. My throat is itching, my nose is running, my eyes are watering, my head feels like a balloon and I just feel like crap, help! -
I feel so bad. It's definitely a sinus infection, I don't know what to take.... My eyes, nose, and ears are running.

I had 1/2 of a 6 in. from Subway and it was delicious! I'm going to the gym in about an hr. My speech went great! That's my update for today
