Does anyone have any recipes from preparing in muffins tins, that I could freeze or have on hand. I did read something awhile back but can not find recipes. If have any ideas please let me know. Having surgery Jan 11th

I start my preop this tuesday for 2 weeks til surgery. I hope New years eve Is not that hard. I will be on about 800 cal diet prior to surgery. I did organize all my food in lunch bags for 2 weeks that way all my meals are planned. I wish you all the best

I get sleeved January11th. I have told only my close friends for hoping for support and my teenage children because I want to stay honest with them. There's only two more people that I care to tell ahead of surgeryand they are family. I guess I was embarrased at first that it has come to this. I'm slowly dealing with not feeling guilty. After the succesful surgery Not sure how I will explain my weightoss. Probally portion control and exersize to my clients not sure on giving full details we'll deal with that latter

I'm getting sleeve in Grand Rapids Michigan 1/11/11 that is my new me date. Nervous a bit but excited for the results this spring & summer. I wish you all the best

I agree this is not going to be easy. I like your post! I'm getting sleeve 1/11/11 I think I've felt "guilty" all my life for being overweight. I've felt I had NO will power and couldn't change anything about myself. The sleeve is another tool, but it is not a easy way out. I still have to make decisions every time I put something in my mouth. I could completely ruin my efforts by eating donuts, ice cream and Cookies (a sweet tooth has been my downfall). But I can eat so little....and I don't want to give myself empty calories because I'm afraid of depriving my body of the nutrition it needs. Before I could eat the healthy foods and still eat the sweets. Now I have to choose because I don't have room for it all. Now that I've post-op for a 2-1/2 months, I don't feel guilty about my weight at all. I'm steadily losing, getting more active, and am healthier. I'm glad I invested in myself.

You are so right. I wish I had your great attitude on doing what you feel is right for you. I also worry what people think. I'm always trying to please others and care what they think of me. But I do need to stand my ground and remind myself that this is my life and my choice. How is it hurting anyone else by our bettering ourselves.

I'M GETTING SLEEVED IN JANUARY TOO. I LIKE THE CLEASING FAST IDEA.

Hello, I get sleeved jan 11th and I get to go over everything Dec 22nd so the time is coming quickly.
