  1. I followed a diet kinda until I got good restriction. It consisted mostly of lean proteins and green veggies (cooked). My weakness has and still is chocolate candy and ice cream, so I had those things but only a serving. Until I reached my sweet spot I had to make sure I was getting my protein in everyday. That helped me to stay fuller longer. Also I walked 30min a day and drank lots of water.
