I went from a 11WW to 9 1/2 to a 10 depending on the shoe and I'm still not done losing.

I too have PCOS I'm almost a year out from surgery and I've lost 130 pounds. I have had normal periods since about 3 months after surgery. I'm very happy with my decision to have surgery and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

I hope so, lol

Oh my I thought I was alone with this one, I hate hate hate being put on display. There are certain people here at work that do that to me all the time.....I want to yell just stop it. I do make it known that it makes me feel uncomfortable and they still do it

So I've been in the 220's for about 2 months now and I was 220 exactly for 1 month. I was getting frustrated because the scale wouldn't budge and all I wanted was to get in the teens. Well let me tell you all that yesterday morning when I weighed myself I was 213, I was so excited. Not only did I break into the teens I'm almost of out them already. I know I keep saying this but I love my sleeve with all my heart and without her none of this would have been possible.

I've lost 131 pounds and I hate hate hate my arm even more now than I did before. I've always had issues with my arms but recently people have made comments to make me feel more self conscious about them . I've been using my weights since about 4 weeks after surgery and I haven't seen much of a difference. I just keep telling myself I would rather have "bat wings" than to weigh 370 pounds.

Thank you, thank you and thank you! I just increased my Water intake and made sure to get all my Protein in as well for about 1 and those 7 pounds just fell off.

I agree with Fern it's the change in attitude and the way your carry yourself that's gets you more attention after losing weight. I'm loving it
