Well, since virtually every tooth in my head is Capped already, I guess I'm okay! LOL. I can remember my first cap at age FOUR. sorry teeth. I could open a 2nd clinic for my dentists through the years!

Did 2nd fast day yesterday and wound up at only 400 calories. And that's a "back to back" fast. First I've done. But all vacay "extra" gone and back at my low. Did I say I LOVE this way of life! I do!! All my peeps, have a great day and log those calories! Globe, hope you are feeling better. OD, you'll get back to the 130s. FYE, congrats on the NSV from the HUBS! He's right! Laura, you are in the 150s!!!! Coops, I still need to know how HOT it is compared to my Heat Index last week of 110 degrees. Lol.

5:2 fastdiet or alternate fast days of 500 calories twice a week (2) and other 5 of week normal calorie range. For those who are farther out from surgery or in maintenance. You can google it and get or watch the info. Pretty cool. Working for me. Good luck.

Well, Swizzly, I ought to be okay as I am 5' 7" and larger framed. . My exercise of choice (except my Gazelle) is walking. I'm going to get my calcium out and start taking. I just had blood work done in early July. Vit D was only thing a little low. I don't remember if calcium shows up on that or not. Lynda, you ARE tiny and I am jealous. LoL.

I need to have it done NOW. At three years out, I am not doing well at taking calcium. I need to see if I have been affected. Did your insurance cover it? I had one prior to WLS and was fine so need to check it out now.

Well, I've got the 16/8 thing down 28.5% of the time . 2/7 days! But I really try to not eat after 7 or 8 anyway. I might try the skipping breakfast part. I've been eating much later on my fast days anyway and some morning not eating early anyway to see if it makes any difference in bounce or weight loss. Pretty happy with what has been happening with my current 5:2 program . It has seemed to really define my body shape and shape some too. I an am "apple" and tend to carry most upper body weight. No butt or thighs but always had a double chin and I've seen the shape of my face really slim out over the last couple months.

Hmm. Did they tell you to increase calcium etc? So from that I gleaned your spinal fracture possibility increased (next 9 years) and your mineral density decreased on both hop and lumbar spine?
