    100 mile challenge

You are amazing ! You will reach 100 this week!!
  9. I would like to think I would have the stamina for spin but I know that is not true! Even taking Vitamins and eating cleanly and at a good weight, along with walking, I just don't have the strength I used to have. I truly think I wore myself out with all I pushed myself physically and mentally for many years plus loads of years filled with extremely stressful periods with my son and addictions. Now, thankfully, clean and whole. Plus, trying to get my daughter through nursing school now at age 36 while she works full time and a single mother if two girls who receives NO child support. I be's tired! Ha!

How was your 5:2 day today?

Yeah, I'm seeming to be really BORED with my regular foods I've been eating and thinking my pea brain has tried to kick in since reaching150 with "head hunger" cause I am certainly experiencing a lot of it for the last few days. Calorie count within range on feast days. Usually about 1100-1200 and I have increased my walking to between4-5 miles a day but some higher calorie count items involved.

How was your 5:2 day today?

I was wondering where you were! Glad to see you're alive and well!
  14. Don't think that is a good idea, Chimera. Even though we all (5:2ers) have reduced calorie on feed days (1200-1500) none of us is going below 500 calories on fast days. It works and I think you will likely be better off for the long haul. Just a thought. Also, most days I don't go over 1000-1100 calories EVER.
  15. My normal fast days are Tues/Thurs so I'll be there with you guys on Thurs. And I know, FeedYourEye does Mondays as well. Seriously, it has been life changing for me! And other vets who were having trouble kickstarting loss again or as with me, figuring out how to lose the regain and manage maintenance! Gooooooo!!!! You guys rock!
