Girl, you are itty bitty! All I've got to ask is, "Did you take your food scale?" LOL I've found quickly that NOT weighing, measuring - makes for UNDERESTIMATED calories! You go, Girl!!!!!!!!! Only person I know who comes back UNDER!

Oh, to have that problem. (Not really). I did lose easily and quickly but when I reached go (8mos) I immediately starting increasing carbs and cals. So I stopped and starting slowly gaining! Lol. I'd take the advice given above. Good luck and congrats on the weight loss!

I can only do crystal light water. Watersides nauseous too until further out but I just plain HATE water! LOL

Well, the elusive 150 came and went! Now, I'm in my normal pattern of hitting new low, bouncing up and them back down to "hold" that new low but.. LOL. I didn't want this one to be the same! Ha! Weird thing is I've had LESS calories a couple days back to back. One fast day and yesterday semi-fast with only around 708 calories and STILL up! So IS it true that muscle weighs more than fat? Only thing I can think of is my exercise took a HUGE jump this past week. Put in about 35 miles last week which is probably double (or more) previous weeks and EVER! Lol. Do y'all think this has something to do with it? And continuing this routine since I have the 100 mile challenge going on. Not worried about cause i know ill be back down but unusual for me. And it's DEF not hormonal since I have None. Lol.
