    Ignore them. They are used to seeing you FAT! People don't have a clue what they let come out of their mouths! I say you look great! It takes a while for our "faces" and bodies to catch up to our WL also. Carry on. Or say, " you know, I think you could stand to lose a few pounds."

    So, M2G, is the Protein based granola good? I imagine since Eggface made it! Gotta check that out. I would love some but like y'all, it's a true SLIDER and LOVER for me FYE, doing my EAS now. Wonder why I didn't find/like these while I SHOULD have been doing shakes? LOL. Only thing is we got a new Keurig at work so I mixed a cup of coffee with it limei was before. Bleh! Think either more than I usually do or this brand coffee. (Not a coffee drinker). But I'm chugging it cause I am NOT wasting my shake! Ha! Maybe ill drink it slower. Ha! Anyway, a fast day for me. OD, you ought to tell him to eat before he arrives. Lol. Yeah, right, I know. Coops, keep on Curving!!!!!!!! 159 here you go! Laura, I'm glad to see you haven't posted anymore Butter pics today. .     3.5 today. Grand total 7. Smh. Gotta kick it into gear but not much energy for some reason. I promise I will try harder! I need to average 4 per day to hit 125 by month end.
  12. I once ate a whole bag of powdered donuts while reclining on the couch! That happened, um, several times to several bags of donuts. Clearly understand, donuts do NOT stick! You can keep sliding them right on Down!
  13. I drink through a straw and have since day 5 after surgery! I also do every once on a whole swig Down a diet coke. I do t like it anymore, though, so it's very rare!
  14. Start 6-4-13. 177 Today. 147.4!!! Down 30 lacking .6! This thing works !!
