I had the surgery done October 19th 2009. I lost 30lbs the first 4 months or so. I have a food addiction and am an emotional eater. It is very hard for me to admit my failure with not being able to keep the weight off. I don't have alot of support, my husband also had the surgery but he was such a poor eater before hand that just making little changes had him losing weight very quick and easy. My husband now has cancer and I am his only caregiver. It is so hard to watch him die a little more every day, and I just snack most of the day. I try to stay strong and not say the hell with it and don't care about my weight anymore, but I know I'm just hurting myself . I already have diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. If there is anyone who has some advice please contact me.
