ok, i too am jumping on this boat... had my first fill last week... today i had a huge lunch... like it was nothing... and i feel so depressed about it... i don't want to go backwards!!!! i just couldnt stop eating... i find going out to eat is my downfall.... UGH!!!! -

Just wanted to introduce myself, My name is jennifer, i was banded on 3/1/2011. I AM LOVING IT! This was the best thing i have EVER done for myself! I have lost 16.5 lbs since the day of my surgery. I have started doing 40mins of cardio every day, and feel GREAT!!! my first fill is on March 30th.
