Yes, 2 weeks 4 Protein shakes a day (8 ounces) 2 fruits and 1 meal with 4 ounces of lean protein/greens. This is end of my second week and as I mentioned in post, I cheated yesterday morning with a one egg omlet cooked in Pam. It was a hard week, but it is what I will have to do.
I have two weeks of liquid Protein diet with one meal a day: Protein and vegetables. This was a hard week and I slipped a little today.
