Hi Deb! How are you? I'm doing okay...sort of slowed down on my weight loss. I need to start exercising, but have been working too many hours and taking an online class so am just sitting on my butt!

have been eating chicken and ground beef most the time. I don't seem to have any trouble with ground beef as I thought I might. We went to Mexican Restaurant and I ordered a taco with no lettuce. Dumped the filling out (ground beef and cheese) and added salsa. It was really good! I also had some of Arby's roast beef. It is sliced really thin and I did not have any trouble with that.

Not sure. I have had a small piece of SF Hersey Bar and did fine as I just let it melt in my mouth. I'm trying to stay away from protein bars due to the carbs but have wondered about them too.

So good to hear from you. I'm glad you have picked yourself up and are feeling better. I have really missed you and have thought about calling you, but didn't want to bug you. I am doing well. Don't seem to be having much problems at all. I have an appointment with Dr. H in June (June 15 I think). Anyway, lets try to get together when I'm up your way. It would be great to see you again!

It's good you are working out so much. I keep telling myself I need to get with it. I am just starting to feel like I could get going on some exercise so need to kick it in gear.

As for what I'm eating --- I'm still drinking my Protidiet Hot Cocoa in the AM - that is the only supplement I have been doing. I'm eating cottage cheese, greek yogurt with fruit, refried beans, hamb and shredded cheese (inside of taco minus the lettuce), rotissuire chicken with ranch dressing to dip (needs to be moist), I'm thinking about trying some watermelon. What about you?

I think you are doing great - you're down 28 pounds! That's awesome. I'm doing okay. Still need to get more exercise as I have a desk job and find at the end of the day I'm tired! I know I need to push myself and hope to get walking this next week. I'm tracking my food and sometimes am lacking in protein and water so that is another area I need to work on.
