Hi Tiff - I had to rejoin as I could not sign in under the new format. Anyway, just wanted to let you know I finally have my new date. Dec 22. I'm excited, scared, nervous, and I don't know what else. Just hope I can follow thru! I have been stressed and eating out of control lately. Tomorrow is protein shakes and one healthy meal. That's the plan - just hope I can stick with it.
