Date bumped up to August 17th. I have so far lost 26lbs!! YAY!! Keep getting nervous that I am going to gain it back by the time I get the surgery, but I am still working out daily, see my trainer 3x weekly, and eating well. Weird thing is, I feel full after a small amount of food and "feel bad" about it. I don't want to feel bad about that.... Hey on another note, how soon after surgery were you guys back to working out??
