Surgery Monday! I started a You Tube blog! OMG!

Goog morning to all my Sleever family, I just started a You Tube Channel and my first video blog is up. I want to do a weekly video of my journey. Please look up my video and subsribe to my channel. My user name is TXgirlWLSjourney. The reason I decided to d a You Tube was to because I found that You Tube helped me decide on what procedure to have done. I start my 3 day Pre-op diet today. I am having my surgery on the 16th to. I kinda feel the same. I don't know If I am mourning my food or that I I wrapping my head around my surgery or just mentally preparing my self for my new stomach and life. -
Congrats on your Sleeve. I am having mine next monday, I am really excited. have you tried Unjury chicken broth yet? it has 20 gram if protein and my NUT office said that it tast like the ramen noodle chicken broth. I have not had it yet but I have ordered it. My NUTs office sells it but I got mine at injury .com.

Super congrats! It took me four times before I was approved and I was walking on air for weeks my surgery is scheduled for 5/19/11. -
You go girl! take tou beautiful kids to the park walk with them. But you must get all your water and protein.

I was told by my physician that your body can only absorb 20 grams of protein at a meal so you may t What to try getting in your protien in 3 meal instead of 2. -
