Rough day, up most of the night again, still hurting too much, saw GP, he said I have a hernia now where I felt that pop when I coughed. Said they probably won't fix it right away. Tried full liquids again, not going down the hatch without a fight. Painful. GP said I need some calories besides water and hot tea. "
