Banded April 7th and I have had 3 fills and lost 43 lbs so far! I think I am @ restriction, I try to work out @ leat 3 times a week. I am happy with my decision to have this done. -
Does anyone else throw up if they drink after they eat?

I cant drink right after I eat I have to wait at least half an hour after or it will all come back up. -
I understand exactly how u feel, I have lost 43lbs too and i am down only one size from a 22 to a 20 and not even all 20s fit and I cant explain this and it can be really frustrating cant wait until i can wear a dress size starting with a 1 instead of a 2 comfortably.

My surgery was on a Thursday so I weigh in every Thursday, I dont think I can handle the fluctuations of weighing in everyday. On Wednesday evenings I am usually very anxious like a kid in for a test the next day and the anxiety doesnt subside untill i have weighed the next day and seen a loss.

Checking in at 275.2 down 2.2 lbs. Loss of 6.8 pounds for the month. Didn't meet my goal but I am happy its 6.8lbs I will never see again. Bring on the end of summer challenge.

I am not doing too well, I gained 3 pounds in April. I am looking fwd to a better report for May. -
Zumba Rocks I go to the YMCA 4X a week for the class. I don"t know most of the moves but I don't care I think the class is awesome. I used to hate exercise in all forms but now u cant keep me away from the gym You don't have to be co-ordinated just move your body, work up a sweat and have loads of fun.

Weight loss for April bandsters anyone?

4 weeks post op today and 21 pounds down -
I started going to the gym on Monday. I have been doing ellipticals and walking around the track, nothing to intense. On Tuesday cos i had heard how great Zumba classes were i decided to try it out and it was so much fun I did it at my own pace so that my port does not flip i worked up some sweat and i was really happy. I took a break on Wednesday. Today there is another Zumba class and i plan to go for it. I have never been an exercise person but i know it would definitely help with the weight loss. i am so happy about the zumba class i don't feel like i am working out at all. find something you love and you will not feel like it is exercise.

Today I am 11 days post up, i decided to go back to the gym today and do some light work out and gradually work my way up. It felt really good and I hope to work out at least 5 times a week.
