    Had a lot going on In October so did not really participate in the challenge but I would definitely do better in November.
  3. final weigh in is 253.4 down 2.2 pounds from last week. Lost only 4.4 pounds this challenge Didnt really work hard enough this month. Getting back on track for the Turkey challenge. Bring it on.

    2 miles yesterday, need to step up my game if i want to reach goal this month.

    Like some of you have said she needs to educate herself and part of education is asking questions and that is why these forums exist. I don't think it is fair for you to laugh at or make fun of someone who is sincerely asking a question about stuff they don't know about. Just saying, if we knew everything we will not be here would we?

  17. I am 5 months post op and have no problem whatsoever chugging water, I have had 3 fills and i have restriction too. I guess it varies from person to person.

    Checking in at 265.4lbs down 1.2lbs, missed goal by 0.2lbs but i will take it lost 9.8lbs for the challenge.
