Great news about your BP and your BMI being below 30, but what made me chuckle was the what you said about the weight on the drivers license. Ha Ha ..... priceless. I guess we will all have to change that when it's time for renewal. Good job baby girl!!!!! Deb

SAWREE, about your shedding. I can see where it would be more devastating to someone with long hair. My hair starting falling out a couple of weeks ago. At first I was like ohhhhh noooo!!!! But since I do wear my hair style short most people have not notice........ yet? I don't think there is anything that will help. It just has to run it's course. Deb -

Renee, when I went in for my blood work up the nurse did a EKG that's all. It was very quick.

I lOVE my sleeve. Hear me I LOVE my sleeve. I am in CONTROL and I have HOPE. I am down 6 pounds from last week. I am sooooo proud of myself for NOT getting a Krispy Kreme dounut last nite as I drove past and could smell the donuts. Chalk one up for self control. I wish everyone who wanted the sleeve could have it. I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!!!

Hey Renee wassup baby girl. Yes I am cleared for all exercise. Now the question is do I do any exercising and the answer would be only walking. A couple friends suggested I get a personal trainer, which I am seriously thinking about. I need to do something about toning up this saggy skin. LOL. I haven't forgotten that you have an appointment with Dr. H. Please keep me updated baby girl.

Who Was Your Gastric Sleeve Surgeon

My surgeon is Dr. Stanley Hoehn of The Bariatric Center of Kansas City. The surgery was performed at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. This is also a Center of Excellence. My hospital stay was for one night and the staff was GREAT. I would recommend my surgeon to anyone and have done so. Deb -
Congrats. Now let me hate for a minute. LOL. MEN ALWAYS LOSE FASTER THAN WOMAN. Sooooo unfair. Make sure to take plenty of pics now and during so you can remember what you used to look like. That's the one thing I wish I had done was taken plenty of BEFORE pics. I didn't becuz I didn't like the way I looked. I'm taking plenty of DURING pics and it's so freaking fun now. I totally agree with you. I can not understand why they make plus size clothes so freaking ugly. Kudos to you for driving past McDonalds and going home to a healthier burger. Good luck and best wishes to you. Deb
