Hi Christie. How is everything :-) We haven't heard from you or Ian in awhile.

Also I just wanted to add. I am very proud of you. You are doing GREAT!!!! As we get closer to our ultimate goal we mite only be losing 4 or 5 pounds a month, so I am trying to prepare myself for that.

I always focus on protein first then if I am still not full I will eat green veggies and then a little bit of carb friendly fruit. I really really try not to eat to many carbs. I probably average about 40-50 carbs a day. I try to drink at least 8 glasses of water. It is getting harder each day as I feel completely normal. Sometimes I do eat a donut or chips, but I don't beat myself up over it.
