I'm stuck at 174.0...but finally got my butt moving on Sunday. I met with some so cal sleevers on Saturday and it really inspired me to get moving. I'm also finally back to drinking my protein shake in the morning instead of my fraps lol. And I'm trying to eat better and more. I am happy with my progress, but I want to utilize this tool to the FULLEST
and reach my goal of 140 whoo hoo!
