isn't it exciting! it is nice that you and your step-mom are in it together. the support is so essential. i agree with Lan2K that the weight will start dropping like crazy. if you told me 6 weeks ago i'd be down 42 lbs i'd say you were nuts! but here i am. congratulations, and don't wait to get active!

The flavors, that is. Anyone have experience with Egg White, Rice or other powder proteins? How would you describe it? I've been trying to get protein in through meats but just can't do it comfortably. I'd like to be able to get supplementation with the various powders but it really is making me wretch. Help! -
