Ok I'm all for child safety in cars n crap. Lord knows I sees enough death, destruction and children suffering. But this new law that goes into effect on Jan 1 is kinda ridiculous. Kids have to be in a booster seat till 8 yrs old or 4ft 9in aand they can't be in the front seat, backseat only. The bill is SB 949. Read it in the AAA Westways magazine
