Oh I so understand the boob part, I was telling the hubby tonite I have to get a new bra they shrunk again n I'm sure there's sum men out there who's boobs are bigger then mine. My legs are almost exaclty like ur just higher above the knee. Keep us posted on what the surgeon says, I go for my consult on the 11th. -

Ahhh thx Tiff. Some of us are visually minded and this helps a lot more then the 4oz servings n blah blah measuring ur food type crap. -

Oh it happened to me and I had massive amounts of hair, to where I could shave half my head and it would still be thick. So I thought I was safe with losing "some" hair, ummm negative. It does stop and it gets intense for about a month or so. Mine stopped falling out by the handfuls at around 7 months. I do take the biotin and I increased my protein. -
So excited tomorrow on Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition my friend Krista will be on it. If you can everyone plz watch the show, shes done an amazing job

I had the same problem and ended up staying for 4 days. When you drink take like a quarter of the lil cup they give you. I had to do that every 30 mins instead of the full cup every 15 mins. After I started cutting back the fluid myself I stopped throwing up -

Thx for the info PlannerGirl, I'm trying to get my PCP to get onboard with the panni seeing my insurance will pay for it. That part is difficult. But for now I'm meeting with a plastic surgeon on Aug 9th, maybe i can get the surgeon to send a letter to my PCP stating its medically necessary.

Well I am now 1.2 lbs away from ym goal, not my Dr's goal but mine. Dr wants me at crackheads weight and that's just not gonna happen. Hubby doesn't want a bag of bones for a wifey

So my trainer took my measurments today and now I'm calling my Dr's office where I took my classes to get my before measurements. I know my theighs were a size 50 sumthing and now their a 40, ahhhhh

After your meeting text me what you found out, I'm meeting with a plastic surgeon on the 9th of August. My insurance will pay for the panni if I can get my Dr on board but I'm thinking of just going with the tummy tuck seeing I had 2 c-sections and stuff
