:DOMG, I so feel ya Tiff... I used to only shop at Frederick's and I'm so in love with their bras but actually I'm kind of scared to even go and see my new size. VS never had bras that fit me and I always thought that store was for skinny prissy chicks which I am not, hee hee. I'm loving my kohl's bras my hubby bought me but yes their getting baggy. Guess all we can say is there is a must for implants after the sleeve, in which I'm ok with

I had my surgery Nov 9th and I just cant wait to have my salads back and some kind of substance like turkey or meat. Tomorrow is my one month and Im keeping everything crossed to be able to move on up in the food stages:D

I must agree Tiff, she just irritates the hell outta me and when I was shopping for my protein even my usband was like what the hell is this. I told him don't even think about it Im not buying that crap. If we all had her kind of money and no "real" job then hell we would be fit just like her. But like me I dispatch for the state 12 hrs a day and have 6 kids, when am I gonna be able to work out 8 hrs a day or better yet find time to go to the gym... -
Oh my I have the same problem and I was just sleeved on Nov 9th. My aunts first words to me last weekend was wow u lost ur boobs already. I was a 42dd and now ummm ya Im so not there now and the hubby says he still luvs them and so on. Maybe the insurance should also include a tummy tuck and a boob job after all the weight is lost, wishful thinking I'm sure. But yes I will be getting my boobs done and a tummy tuck in about a year or so, Its a must seeing my girls have left the building

Down another 2 lbs this morning, woo hoo. I've found a new lil sumthing to put in my mashed potatos and omg it's sooo good. Mashed potatos and nacho cheese sauce, had to do sumthing my soft foods are just not appealing to me anymore

I finally broke my sleeping pattern whoo hoo. I forced myself to stay up till midnight and I slept in till 6am, without waking up. I was shocked but lets see if we can keep repeating this sleeping pattern

:)I'm also 3 weeks post op and I was losing so much weight before and now I've really slowed down. I've read alot of people just have stalls, it just depends on your body. So don't get discouraged -
Feeling a lil wierd today... I have the shakes like I saw a ghost, someone said my blood surgar is low. Cheated and had a piece of chocolate which I was in heaven when it enter my mouth, lol. Don't know what's going on but I don't like these trembles

Went and saw my reg. Dr and yup I'm officially off my blood pressure meds, pain meds and water pills. I saw him a week before surgery and according to his scale I'm down 26 lbs, whoo hoo

Just tried on sum clothes a friend brought over to me and ohhhhh yea Im luving my new size and her generosity!!!!!

I was the same way, I wanted to die after surgery and kept telling my husband this is the biggest mistake I have ever made. But by week 3 I'm getting the hang of it and things are really progressing. I guess people actually forget to tell you the hell part they first went thru when they got it done.

Ugh dang phone posted my comment twice. But Sophia to start exercising use resistance bands, they work great and you can use the anywhere, outside in the house. I luv mine and they work the crap outta my arms when I tighten the band, I feel the burn, lol... -

Steeler, I'm so right there with you, I had my sleeve done on Nov 9th and man let me tell you, with all the holiday cooking, the cookies, pumpkin bread and Thanksgiving meals I thought I was gonna die and made the worse decision of my life. I keep telling my husband I should of waited till the first of the year. But he calls me the incredible shrinking woman and then puts me in my place by reminding me how good I look and how I'm off all my prescriptions already. My main concern and question is meats, I'm soooo not liking this stage of the diet and I want me meats and salads back into my life and actually Im counting down to when I can have it again.
