Well I said I was gonna bump up my workouts, so while at work I usually climb the stairs twice a day to the 8th floor and seeing I'm in the basement I have to add another flight and a half. But today I went to the 10th floor, whoo hoo

Wow, kicked up my exercising and weight lifting. I sure can feel it today. I have 2 goals to meet, the Easter challenge and also my to fit into my 1st lil black dress by my bday

This hair loss thing is really bothering me, I had so much hair before that I could of shaved half my head and the pony tail would still be thick, now my pony tail is very very thin, mayb the width of a quarter. Plz lord let this slow down soon, at this rate I'll be bald by April.

Whatever I'm doing it's working, I'm down to 192.2 this morning. Just a couple weeks ago I was so excited about getting to Onederland and now I'm so close to my Easter goal.

Really stressing over this hair loss issue. I had really really thick hair so much people envied it. But after my shower yesterday I about cried in the shower. I grabbed all the hair and showed the hubby and he was even floored. I hope it slows soon or I'll be bald by May. I'm taking 2000 mg (i think it's mg) of biotin

Well going to my first session of kick boxing, alil nervous though. I'm now down to 194.8 lost 2 lbs since weighing in on Sunday, must be all the work outs and hiking.

Kick started my exercising again. Just climbed 9 1/12 flights of stairs at work, will be doing another 6 mile hike tomorrow morning. Doing the mountain hiking 2x's a week now and working out everyday either with weights or my Kinect. Lil black dress here I come whether ur ready or not
