I lost about 60 lbs before surgery going through all the classes and kinda excercising before hand. As they said it will help with the weight loss. Thank you all

Ok Ok, I have failed each challenge by 1 damn fricken stubborn pound. But this time I have time and I want to be at goal by 4th of July. But like always I'm gonna reach for the stars. So 21.6 lbs u listen to me and listen very careful, you are my enemy and u will not win, heee hee. Now to my other obsticle, listen scale you and I have an agreement. You go down in numbers and u will not go flying out the window, so lets do this. I usually stall or maybe even gain 2-5 lbs right before my cycle. It really frustrates me till the hubby calms me down and says just wait a week and you'll see its just temporary, lol

I'm going through the same thing at work, their just haters!!!!!! They say I'm too skinny now and I'm gonna look sickly if I lose anymore weight, umm hello I'm around 181 are you serious??? Now my family on the other hand they all say I look good and cheer me on. I just ignore all the "haters" and keep on trucking with the weight loss, actually they fuel my desire to lose more weight just so I can prove them wrong, hee hee

Were suppose to. But I don't take my calcium because with that and iron I'm stopped up like you would not believe and nothing helps relieve it. I will be bringing that up to my Dr though, They have ones called Viactiv and those are chewable, yummy flavors like caramel and chocolate

Ok I have 2 lbs to go to make my Easter goal and every challenge so far I've missed by 1-2 lbs, ugh. This one I'm gonna make extreme (22 lbs) and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If I make it I'll be almost at goal or should I go for goal???
