Had an attack of the carb monster yesterday. you would of thought I was pregnant or sumthing anything and everything went into my mouth. I'm allowed one day a month to be bad, right??

yes they do fireworks off the mountain every year, they are so darn pretty too. I live about 10 mins from there

Oh Irene I go thru that too. Back when we were at our heaviest we thought we were hot then and now its like ugh I don't look good or I feel so fat in this outfit. I think its our minds trying to sabotage us or just trying to catch up. You look GREAT woman!!!!!!!

Oh yes Guitar, you rock. I used to climb that mountain twice a week but now my partners have "other" things to do so I go mayb once a week. The best view I think is at night or sunset. :D

Holy crap!!!!! I'm now courious on what my bills looks like seeing they kept me there for 4 days. My insurance paid for the whole thing, I didn't even have a copay. But like everyone else said thank god for insurance paying most of it. -
Quite frustrated now. I've been bouncing between 174-176 since May 3rd. I sure hope this is not where my body is comfortable at, I have 34 lbs to go

Had the scare of my life the past week, the scale went up by 3 lbs. Let me tell you I was freaking out and put the scale away, it was divorce time between us. But I pulled it out today just outta curiosity and it's down a pound from the last time I used my official weight on this thread. So the other day I got alil upset at my scale because it was playing with my emotions and showed I gained 3 lbs well I'm happy to say those 3 lbs plus 1 are now gone, I'm done to 174 now

Started to get discouraged because my scale went up 3 lbs but walla it went back down after 2 days. Damn water weight is messing with my emotions

Lol, I'm probably gonna have to go and get them checked out because they still hurt real bad and stuff. I;m just scared cuz its on the same foot I broke 3 yrs ago and I'm afraid I re broke that part of my foot

Your pre op diet with Dr Suh is about 1 week long. He's very particular about what foods to eat afterwards. When you see him he will give you a blue folder with all your instructions.

Well hubby is gonna start his process. We see his Dr on the 24th for the refferal to get the ball rolling.
