    Hi Coops, the only new news with me is that I went to a health trainer yesterday. It's part of the NHS weight loss program. It was ok, the lady was really nice but I got emotional and ended up having a melt down. The lady was really sweet about it though.

     

    I go on Monday to see my GP to discuss the surgery.
