Oh wow why do you have to wait so long for a fill? yummm subway! I can't eat it anymore, the last 2 times I tried I got stuck from the bread :/ and it was a flatbread one. Im at a pretty good restriction spot so now its all trial and error to see what I can eat and can not! Im sure once you are restriction that 6 in will fill you up
