I am 3 weeks post op and would like to know when can I start exercising..

today is my 3 week post op .. what can i add to my diet?

I too have PCOS and i agree It really SUCKS....

I already went to my first follow up appt almost 2 weeks ago .. i go back july 27

So tomorrow is my 3 week post op and i would like to know what can i add to my diet.. I cant wait to start on regular foods.. Also i feel I am at a stall. I that possible so soon. from last week till this week i only lost 2 more lbs ... I getting depressed.. I wanna lose this weight ..

I just have a general question.. How long post op does one have to wait before having a drink.. Im not planning on going ou drinking yet..lol just curious.. I am 3 weeks post op starting monday july 4..

Im 2 weeks post op today and I dont see any more weight coming off.. I lost 12 lbs the first week and seem to be suck. I dont think I have lost anymore.. What is going on ... I am getting discourage that I will ever be as skinny as I once was. Has this happen to anyone else?

Thank you guys for replying.. Maybe iam just being anxious.. Hopefully the weight will continue to come off and hopefully soon.

I ask my surgeon that question the day of my surgery which since its 1 am makes 2 weeks today . I asked him can i go next month (july) to great adventure and he said yea ..so i think 2 1/2 months out u would be fine..

OO ok good to know I am only one week post op .. so i would have to wait till next week to try this shake.. I cant wait cause I am tired of the same thing over and over..

Hey everyone. Iam a week post op today and for some reason i still feel hungry when i have my broth or yogurt.. I feel week like if iam starven at times. The paper my nutritionist gave me said after my 5th day we can have blended soup but iam confused can i blend everything in the soup for example can i blend everything that in a progresso veggie soup and eat .. But aint i supposed to be on liquids for 3 weeks ...

hey everyone. im curious are we allow to have coffee.. and also how far post op before i can try that delicious shake.. iam sooooo sick of strained or blended soups and the shakes..

First off hello to everyone!! Ok so my surgery is on Monday and yes iam a little nervous. I feel iam making the right decision but would like some advice..Iam 29 yrs old and I weigh 197lbs and iam 4'11.. I need to lose 65-70lbs is the sleev the right tool? ive been trying to lose the weight since having my son 10yrs ago.. i wasnt this big till like 5 yrs ago. I really need to lose weight.. I want to be the healthy energetic person i once was, but is getting the sleeve to lose 65-70lbs worth it?.. Has anyone else had the sleeve done with the goal of just losing 65-70 lbs... Someone please reply...lol need advice asap...

Iam finally getting sleeved on monday june 13.. my first surgery date was june 7 but they prosponed it. The date is getting closer and iam getting nervous.. I know i will be ok but just pre surgery jitters.

I am so sad my vsg surgery was scheduled for tomorrow but they called me today to tell me it was canceled and prosponed till next monday.. this is so stressful.. i must have the worst luck in the world
