Hey Meekie, I am doing great. I'm down about 62 pounds so far and I still haven't had a fill. I am hoping that I won't have to have one for next few months. I am feeling great and doing pretty well. thanks for checking up on me.

I haven't cut my hair since January and it is getting long. It's also very thick and heavy, so I'm pretty sure if I did cut it, I'd lose 2 pounds instantly. Hmmmmm

I must be crazy. Today I meet with my trainer for the first time to start running! The last time I ran anywhere, I was 9 years old and my gym teacher made me.

It's really hot out today. I'm not looking forward to this run, but I know I have to do it.

Surgery is T- 3 days away. I am trying not to chicken out.

Today is my 1 year bandiversary and I have lost 100 pounds. It's like some weird dream. I have a long way to go, but I'm happy that I have come so far already.

Today is my 2nd meeting with my running coach. I am still sore from last week so who knows if I'll even be able to hobble much less run today....

Today is my 6 month Bandiversary. I'm down 77 pounds and I feel awesome.

Today is the first day of my liquid pre-op diet. I don't know about my liver shrinking, but my bladder sure is getting a nice work out. WOWzers, i have been to the bathroom every 30 minutes since 11am. i hope this is a good thing
