To day is 0/6/2007:clap2: and I am ready to do this, I just need to get the doctor line up and start getting my body ready for the surgery:hungry: . I think that I will treat myself to Coconut Shrimp this next week to celebrate the decision to do this. I think the Dr. in TJ are my choice thanks to so many of the people on this site. Now to just do it.:nervous

So sorry to hear you are having trouble. Try going salt free, no soda pop, and do some relaxation to bring your beta waves down. Deep breathing, think calming thoughts and watch what you eat, good luck.

Did anyone get their banding done in Mexico? If so where at? If you did how was your experiance? And how did you find a place or Dr near your home to do your fills? Thanks, this is going to be quite the experience for my husband and I as we are going to go through it together.
