I started out with WW because of my insurance. I had to if I want the insurance to pay for the surgery. I exactly like do with WW with the lapband. Go rules to live by and the meetings were great. I don't eat rice or pasta because of the carbs, but I do eat bread, just not everyday. But I workout 6 days a week and 2 to 3 hours. I am down 60lbs in 3 months. But, I am nerves to hit my plateau.

My routine is 6 day a week for 2 to 3 hours in the gym! Sunday, Monday, Thurday & Friday (2 hours) 1 hour 30mins of Cardio ( Treadmill or PreCor machine) 30 mins of weight training (either upper or lower body) and abds Tuesday & Saturday (3 hours) 1 hour 30mins of Cardio ( Treadmill or PreCor machine) 30 mins of weight training (either upper or lower body) and abds and 1 hour of Zumba Wednesday OFF DAY I started out going to the gym at 3 am. Now I am doing a evening routine and next month I will mix the two. Trying to not have my body get stuck in a really routine of doing thing, so that I do not plateau. Keep it confused and just when it think that I am on a routine I switch it up. I am loving working out! I miss it on wednesday to be honest. But I know that my body need to reboot.

13 days from Surgery...Cold Feet!!
IOlivia827 replied to stevenjoec's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I think that a lot of the time we used fast food as a quick solution for everything. I am not at the point you are but I have been going to Weight Watchers and getting to the a healther choice frame of mind. It is hard, but I have been looking at it as a new lease on life and McDonald's is tasty but will not help me get to the weight that I want. I myself am looking at it as, if I lose the weight I can buy myself a new clothes!LOL Good luck with your surgery.
