I had surgery in December 2009 and have lost between 90 and 95 pounds and have about 70 to go. I feel wonderful and able to do things that I didn't think I would ever be able to do again...shopping all day, exercising, resting to name a few. Now this is my problem. About a month and 1/2 ago, I got a fill and 2 weeks later, I don't seem to be able to eat! I throw up and then I'm hungry again. Usually, I can only keep down sugary things and chips and beans. (bad old habits that made me fat to begin with) If I eat slowly, the tiniest bite ever, I usually don't throw up, but I can't get full, either. It's a vicious cycle. I think I've even gained a few pounds and now I have to reloose that!!! I can't eat most meats, most veggies, raw foods, and sometimes I even spit up my protein shakes. I want to get back on track. Until a few weeks ago, this was the best thing, as far as food problems go, that has ever happened to me. I was never hungry but I ate very little. Now my family asks after every meal...."are you going to go throw up" whereas in the past they have been very, very supportive of my decision to have the operation. We call it "My Miracle" . Anyone out there with same problems or the answers!!!!
