Take vanilla protein powder and mix with milk ( skim) / use frozen fruit/ yoplait smoothie mix in frozen section/ peanut butter/ sugar free jello pudding about one to two tbsp/ crystal light..... just keep mixing until you find a protein shake that taste good. Unjuy protein ( strawberry sorbet) is good. Baratric .com sells some awesome protein bars ( i like the caramel crunch) that I eat prior to a work out or for snacks, I also like the strawberry cream shake /pudding mix that they sell.
