Just to let you know your not alone. I have not gained weight back but I have had my band for a year now and probably only lost weight about 6 months of it. I also have difficulty with eating the wrong stuff and have had alot of the spitting up/regurgitation. But like you I am trying to change my ways and get with the program. What they don't really tell you when you get the band is that it won't help much with the psychological overeating. That beast is still there. We have to find help with that.
