  1. Yes, I work at the Fidelity home office in downtown Fuquay.

  2. Do you work in Fuquay as well?

  3. My name is Suzanne. It would be cool to have some friends that can relate to what I am going through. I can be reached at suzyleep@yahoo.com... nice to meet you.

  4. It is a small world. If you would like to exchange email that would be great with me. my work email is tammy.taylor@fidelityhbanknc.com .... my name is Tammy if you can't tell. I'm not sure if you are looking for new "band" friends or not so i'll understand if you don't want to share emails. Just in case i thought I'd give you mine. :)

  5. I live in Raleigh and actually am trying to sell my house so that I can move to Fuquay... small world!!!

  6. I just read your other post. You were probably before me. He stopped after your surgery and said he was ready for me now that he had practiced. :) What part of the area do you live? I live in Fuquay. I'd love to find some "banded" friends to keep in touch with! Maybe even meet up with occassionally.

  7. My surgery was at 1pm. So far I have been doing ok with the weight loss (I replied to your topic in the forums with a little more detail)

  8. what time did you have surgery? Mine was at 2:30? How has your loss been so far?

  9. Too cool... I was banded the same date you were by the same doctor!!!!

In need of encouragement - 2 weeks post op

If you don't mind me asking, who is your doctor? I go to Dr. Bovard at Rex Wakefield and had my surgery at Rex in Raleigh. I live and work in Fuquay. I am glad to have found someone that is very close to me in terms of mileage and banded date. I would love to keep in touch to compare if you don't mind.
  11. I was banded on March 4th. I lost 12 pounds pre-op and since surgery have lost 5-6 more. As of Saturday (5 days ago) I have actually gained 1-2 pounds. I am back on normal foods now (some what) and am doing my best to get in the Protein and Water etc. Is this normal?? It just seemed to be melting off at first and now going the other way. I just don't want to be one of those people that end up posting 6 months from now that I have only lost 20lbs! I am very dedicated to this new life style but am feeling a little discouraged? Anyone have any advice??
