Thanks for all of your input. I am taking Hydrocodone for pain, which is liquid and the taste of it makes me want to throw up in itself. He did give me phergan for nausea. The pain is somewhat better than yesterday, and I thought the nausea was too when I first got up, but now it's coming back. Guess I will just have to stay strong and see this through another few days. I will try backing off the pain meds if I can to see if that helps the nausea. Thanks everyone!

I have been going through True Results in Richardson, Tx. They take care of all of the insurance. If you go to their website you can fill out a small questionaire and they will tell you if your insurance has any coverage or not. They have made it an extremely easy process so far, as far as insurance goes.

I don't have a date yet, but they said it will be in March. Just waiting on the insurance company to go through their routine and send back and approval. I'm hoping to hear something this week. I've been reading about many who are having to do a liquid diet 2 weeks pre surgery. My surgeon has me on the South Beach Phase one two weeks before. Has anyone else had to do this? Just curious. It's not so bad but 2 weeks is about as far as I could go with so much Protein and no starch or fruit AT ALL. I am VERY excited and anxious to get this done. I've been jumping through hoops for the insurance company for 4 months now. Glad to be this close, finally!
