I had my Lap Band Surgery on February 17, 2011 and I weighted in at 277.8. That was 12 days ago. Today, I had my post op visit today and I am down to 269.4 lbs. (i'm so excited )

I had my surgery on a Thursday (2/17) and was back to work the following Tuesday (2/22). I feel pretty good although I have figured out that I have not been drinking enough water. So, my goal for the next week is to get in about 48 oz of just H2O daily and work my way up to 64 oz.
