Mullet

Hi Michie, We're having surgery the same day - 9 March 2011. My diet looks much the same as yours, but I'm allowed 2 cups of non-starch vegetables per day and one piece of fruit. Today is day 5 of the diet. Day 2 and 3 were the worst. I struggle with it and think about what I'd like to eat off and on throughout the day.

I'm emailing all the way from New Zealand. My lap band surgery is set for 9 March 2011. I'm currently on Day 5 of the pre-op Optifast diet. Looking forward to chatting
