Wanted to check in and give a status report of my situation. My a 64 year old kid who has always been over weight. Tired all the diets but in recent years, I've gained even more wieght. My BMI is 35-36 and I'm ready for a change. Been considering LapBand or Realize Band Surgery. Have High BP, Chorl, Sore Joints, Bad Sleep, etc. Your comments?
