    I am waiting to have my first interview with the Dr. about having the lap band. I am so excited, I can hardly wait. I just pray my insurance will help with some of it.

    I have an appointment next week to visit the facility, and see if my ins. will pay for anything. I don't have any idea about anything yet. I am so excited just to have decided to do it. I could sure use your help about what to eat and what not to eat, etc. Wow, 30 llbs in a little over a month. I am so happy for you. How much do you want to lose? I am also happy to see someone over 50.
